Our innovative Sheep Spray Jet, designed with 22 precisely configured nozzles to provide complete saturation and maximum coverage for your livestock.

The system is activated as soon as an animal enters the Spray Jet Race, with their body triggering an electric sensor that activates the brass solenoid valves.

These valves, attached to each spray line via a central control box, ensure precise and efficient delivery of the spray solution.

When the animal clears the sensor beam, the valves automatically shut off, minimizing product waste and optimising effectiveness.

For optimal performance of our Sheep Spray Jet, we recommend the following flow recommendations:

Control the flow of animals to less than one per second to ensure adequate wetting.
Sheep should approach the Spray Jet by moving around a corner to achieve separation and prevent overcrowding.
The lead-up race should have solid sides to reduce distractions and ensure smooth movement towards the Spray Jet.
The area around the Spray Jet should be free from clutter to avoid any potential obstacles or distractions for the sheep.
The entrance and exit races should be similar in color to reduce confusion and encourage smooth flow.
The exit race should encourage sheep to run through the Spray Jet.
